Abbie and Betty

Abbie Cornish (born 7 August 1982) is an Australian actress. Cornish is most well-known for her films roles, including Heidi in Somersault (2004) Fanny Brawne in Bright Star (2009) Sweet Pea in Sucker Punch (2011) Lindy in Limitless (2011) Clara Murphy in RoboCop (2014) as Sarah as Sarah in Geostorm (2017) and for her role with director Martin McDonagh in Seven Psychopaths (2012) as well as The Three Billboards outside Ebbing, Missouri (2017). For the latter Cornish was awarded the first Screen Actors Guild Award as part of the cast. Betty Gilpin.........................American actress Betty Gilpin was fortunate to have both of her parents be professional actors. Jack Gilpin starred in Adventureland, (2009) while Ann McDonough was in The Mothman Prophecies and other movies. With the love and encouragement from her parents made the decision to pursue acting a natural choice for the now young Betty Gilpin. Fordham College was her first choice when it was time to go to the college of her dreams. There she honed her acting skills. Following graduation, Gilpin began performing in off-Broadway productions while submitting auditions for TV and film roles. The actress was cast as a frequent character on NBC's Law & Order: Criminal Intent between the years 2001-2011. It was followed by minor roles as ghosts in Ghost Town and The Northern Kingdom. Gilpin was able to gain a significant amount of TV experiences in the subsequent years, mainly through guest roles. The actress finally received her breakthrough with Nurse Jackie's regular role on the year 2013. Gilpin appeared in Nurse Jackie during 34 shows as the character Dr. Carrie Roman Gilpin before the show ended on June 15th, 2015. In the same year Gilpin made an appearance in the thriller-mystery True Story (2015).
