Tulloch's acting career started with being recognized under the moniker Bitsie. This continued until 2017, which is when Tulloch decided to use Elizabeth. To people that I meet I still introduce myself as Bitsie. At the age of my mid-20s I just began acting, and it did work. And now Im in my 30s, and I feel that for the sake of billing, I was tempted to return to Elizabeth. I was filming and it actually hadnt even occurred to me. When we completed the legal documents, we noticed that it was Elizabeth. Is that the way you would like to be billed? Then I thought about it, and then I called my agent and my manager and they were like Yeah you know thats not a bad suggestion. Now that you are older, it's time to take a step forward. and Bitsie is clearly a adorable name. It is cutesy. This is all there was to it. Elizabeth wasn't the name I used to identify myself. The name will be used for the rest of my life. Tulloch is a native of Scotland and has Scottish as well as Spanish origins. The language she speaks as her first is declared as Spanish. Tulloch does not, however, believe that she's proficient in Spanish. Her paternal grandparents hail from Renfrewshire while her grandfather's origins lie in Kirkwall located in Scotland.
